By the way what is a Merchandise adjustment?

this is when they haven't credited you for an item, or charged you for an item. Last time I had this, I queried it and they sent me out a record showing it was a credit for an item I had returned a while ago!
  • Ok ... so I've something to send back, I've got a returns book, but do I really need it if I print the returns form - can't see the point in both, unless I'm missing something?

Anyone around? Really need to get this done tonight and don't know if I need to do both?

you only need to one or the other. Printed form is easier as you only have to complete quantity you are returning, barcode, and date.

Ladies - contraversial question... But I know somewhere in my village there is an Avon lady - I don't know who though... she might even have knocked it on the head or only be doing F&F... I know in the 4 years

why don't you ask your SL first to check who else is in the area and what roads she covers? You may find she is only doing F&F, or has given up altogether. No territory wars then :)

it was strange! I queried it as I couldn't understand it and have never seen it before. If you email them, they should send it to you in the post.

Thanks so if I print the one off the site, I keep one for the driver to sign and put the other in the bag with the return?
