I've also been told to re-order Doggie Door Stop and the snuggle boots. Good job they're still at £10 and £8 respectively, and hadn't gone up in price, otherwise I presume Avon would expect me to either ask the customer to pay more for them, or cover the cost myself? I thought that when things were out of stock and arrived a few campaigns later, you were only charged the price they were in the campaign you ordered them in. This is what happened to a C14 sale item that turned up, but I didn't have to re-order that one.

If an item is OoS but Avon expect it soon to be available they store your order and charge you at your ordering price when it becomes available. Sometimes though, an item is OoS and they don't expect to have any more in the foreseeable - that's when they tell you to re-order if and when any do become available and the price could then be different.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I'm going to ask for a replacement for some Dry Oil spray that leaked (and possibly another product if the customer isn't happy - box is a little stained). Thanks, I got 24 out of 36 books back and 2 orders totalling £15.25. Definately got fewer orders this campaign which is strange, I thought orders would be up with Christmas in the air but hey ho.
Also, wasn't clever to collect brochures tonight, the one night of the year everyone locks their doors and pretends they're not in (trick-or-treaters!) hehehe....0 -
not sure why your order turned up early or why you are being asked to re-order items.
It sounded like the courier company had made the decision to deliver early. He said that it had turned up early, so they sent it out early. I've just checked my e-mail and Avon messages and didn't have anything from them saying it would be coming early.
As stressful as it is sorting out a delivery and prepping books in an afternoon, I like the certainty of knowing what day to put aside as "Avon delivery day".I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. I, Geek yes they will ask you to return the damaged/leaked product. Seems a bit strange to me and I've had a couple I had to returned. Wrapped them up very well to prevent them leaking anymore lol.
Have decided to put my new roads on a book behind otherwise Im going to need sooo many brochures and it will cost too much. Going to start them this week so hopefully will get lots of new customers. Not going to put any of the sales brochures in tho.0 -

Well I'm back from having my baby, who was born last weekend and he is absolutely beautiful. He is going to be my little Avon helper for Christmas and we are heading out in a weeks time to get canvassing for C17!
Amazingly I've had my MOV in "phone orders" from my new customers who knew I would have very limited mobility - all christmas prezzies I think.
Loving the Christmas brochures and free gifts... good luck to everyone and wishing you lots of success this month!0 -
