Has anyone looked at this one? It was posted on the board by a self promoter and I bookmarked it but thought it looked a wee bit amateurish/fishy at the time and forgot about it. I checked whois and it's actually uk based but the prize is $250. Your first hunt is free but it costs $1 each month afterwards. It's an almost identical format to cashhunt.

eta - having a go, nothing to lose. Doing ok so far, it's a bit less cryptic than cashhunt. It's not just uk locations either.

Just registered on the site. Haven't had a look yet. It seems as if you get your first point free, which entitles you to have a go, but then you can "earn" points by referring a friend.

Are you going to post in as a separate comp on the board?
  • Re: Reniannens post regarding US cash hunt.

Have you Started it then? Is it bone fide you think?

Do you get all the clues for the month for yr 1point or $1 , or is it 1pt per clue/couplet? :D (Cant even understand the Signup rules :rotfl:)

    Questions questions questions sorry :D

I see that you can gain points by referral,if everyone fancies doing it then i will pm my addy so we can get going? :D

Hello kragen  solved it already? took us two loooong weeks! :rotfl:

ok treasurehunt is the same as cashhunt in that you just get one clue on a scroll. So it's just 1 point / $1 per month, not per couplet! However this first month is free.

    Here's this months clue: http://treasurehuntcash.com/images/stories/clue.jpg

I was sussing it out before I posted it and having a bit of a go first. If everyone's on board I'll do it in a sec.

If people are happy referring each other that would be quite good as means we get next month free as well (although one person inevitably won't so if people would rather not that's ok)

umm not to annoy anybody but I've managed to get to the last clue (now stuck) so I probably won't participate much as don't want to ruin it
  • Im up for it :) Have allowed marg to refer me to get it going :)

    No!please ruin it!!! :D

I had almost thought that Cash Hunt had given up on use, but finally they have posted the answer to the September Hunt Here

it's is nice to confirm we did get the right answer, even if there are only 7 days left until the November Hunt is posted.

I'm glad that once again, it was someone from the UK. I hope that at least once, an MSE'r will say that they have won it.
