We're at the southern end of Lincolnshire and our heating is definitely on.....

It must be because we lived in a built up area in the Thames Valley for 25 years - but really feel the cold (particularly the wind) since moving here last year.

I have been having the heating on for a couple of hours at night as house holds the heat well so we are warm until we go to bed.

Yesterday I had the heating on to warm the house and then had the fire on in the sitting room to stop that going cold.

I wont sit getting cold, dont mind putting a slanket on as I feel the cold more than others in the house

We are all electric with storage heaters in the living room and hallway and panels in the bedrooms.
The storage heaters are on but it is really difficult to control the heat at this time of year when it can be cold and frosty one day and the wet and fairly mild the next.
