    Thermostat on at 16deg, and it actually flicked on for a bit tonight. But not for long, and I have been insulating today...

    Heating still off. I'm sitting in summer weight trousers and t-shirt and not feeling cold. Not sure how much longer it'll be like this but hopefully at least until the end of the month.

    yes, my thermostat is on at 16 degrees too, and the radiators have come on this evening. I've definitely felt the chill over the last couple of days at the back (north-facing) of the house.

    On from start of last week on very lowest setting 24 hrs.Had to switch it off today because it was sunny.Expect it'll be back on tomorrow again.

    Central heating not on but I am blooming chilly.

    However, I have had a couple of fires in the last week although that was more because I love them rather than being cold.

    Now, however, I am cold but need to go foraging for free wood before we can have another one.

    Mine has been on for 30 mins over bath time. Off now and cooling down fast. Even when it's very cold, gone are the days of no regulation. It will be switched on in bursts
