Luckily, I managed to get out for an hour's walk yesterday afternoon when it finally stopped raining. I was really getting cabin fever cooped up in the kitchen everyday over the last week. What a difference a bit of sun makes! I'm sitting in a comfy chair in my sunny back room this morning and it's a balmy 22C.

Where in the world are you? The sun has shown its face and its feeling a lot mofre cheerful for it, even though its only 14degC outside.

It's not a bad day here in Yorkshire considering the time of year, 14C, sunny and 20MPH wind, I've taken advantage of the weather and had my washing out on the line around 7am.
