still off here in London but I do hide under my fleecy blanket at night in front of the telly and use a microwave pad warmer too. Not letting the latter anywhere near one of my friends though as last winter he put one in the microwave for 10 mins and baked it!
I can't get clothes dry that quickly though so I did turn it on for the hot towel rail for an hour a week ago. But I can't breathe properly when the CH comes on. Luckily we are in a flat so it doesn't get too freezing.0 -
still off here too, (just outside Glasgow)
but i do have one gas ring on the cooker at a peep
worked out it costs 4p an hour like that
and it keeps everywhere at a nice temp0 -
Well I got up this morning to find a rather frozen work outside!! all the cars are covered in thick frost and the temp showing indoors as just on 10C. It deffinately feels colder. Will be out a lot of today so will hopefully hold out another day but if it stays like this I might have to give inEmma

It's a bit parky outside (8 degrees) but we're still heat-free.
I never wear more than three layers, because I feel too restricted, so the heating will go on when the time comes that my three layers aren't enough. I'm fine at the moment, not warm, but not cold either. I only really wanted to get to the 1st November, so every extra day without heating is a bonus:D0 -

Me too! We've had a window open all night too, getting the lovely fresh crisp air into the house. Although we have been working hard in the house, so we're not sat still. I'm off to do a gas and electric reading to see how much we've saved! :money: (it should be noted, that we've saved whilst not being cold or suffering!)If you aim for the moon if you miss at least you will land among the stars!0
