    Started having heating on for 1hr or so anyone still holding out. I mean any form of heating. Including hot water bottles you money savers!

    i havent put our storage heaters on yet :confused: Hot water bottles also still stashed under sink :)

    Although going outdoors for a cigarette last night just was not going to happen certainly nippy in East london.

  • Still holding out. Had the heating on twice for an hour. Once to test that it's working ok and once because it was too cold. Switched it off again. No hot water bottles yet, but have changed to my winter quilt and my 'sexy' winter nighties :rotfl:

    None on here, new quilt which was nice and cosy, we do have open fires in the front rooms, does that count? I lit one only for 2 hours last night, and all the wood I burn cost me nothing:)

    Central = no way, It's not that cold, If you put it on now, you won't feel the benefit when you really need it, get your jumpers and socks on! LOL

  • i've had the central heating on for a couple of odd days when i feel cold (been poorly) but its not on all the time.

    feeling pleased with myself. I had the central heating on from september last year!!!!
