Heating on..I'm cold
I envy you and dread my bills
I spend most of my time shivering under a blanket during winter , but my bills suggest my house is tropical!
Oh to be warm0 -
Off last night, on for an hour for the shower this morning but off now and very, very warm in here. Thanks to the HA I have a massively well-insulated house which never seems to get really freezing cold (remind me what I just said when there's frost/ snow!) and am pottering around in a short sleeved top.0

Oh my God..........on timer anyhow....and have pushed the extra hour button.
I am living in a wind tunnel here this morning (northeast coast).....and i'm terrible for having the windows open.
Not very MSE....but I have to have fresh air coming in.Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.0 -

(typical I lose the weight right before it gets cold and not in summer :rotfl: ). To keep warm I'm having tea quite a lot and have my snug-rug around me.
Haven't had to have our heating on.

I have had to switch it on as my bedroom is getting too damp (it normally sits at about 13 degrees) but I have switched all other radiators off so only really using it for one room as thought it cheaper to use the heating than an electric heater. Really disappointed that I have had to switch it on0

How annoying for your Moments of Sanity, but you had to do it for your health, you dont want damp especially in your bedroom.

Had the heating on for hour first thing , then put it back on at lunch time as the temp went down to 17 so I put it on for an hour , and will probaly light the fire around 4 ish , its definitely mild to what it should be mid November as usually the frosts start around my birthday but as yet here no frosts......My motto is " one life live it ".....:)0

On only for 1/2 hour for my shower as usual, now off. Been out sweeping leaves/pruning in the front garden this morning with just a sweater on (and trousers of course, don't want to scare the natives
). It's beautifully mild today, 66f in my kitchen.
