Just put mine on to dry the washing as I need some of it tomorrow. But then it's back off for a bit.

Off as the weather is very warm, but the inside of the house is a bit cold and the air damp, so we put the woodstove on, which made a great difference.
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

    Och! Annoying. Hope it's fixable.

At least we have a gas fire. Not looking forward to going upstairs to bed though. Will find out if boiler can be fixed tomorrow - fingers crossed!!

Still off here. It just isn't cold yet here. It's been wet and miserable all day after the last 2 gorgeous warm days but not chilly.

Turned it on when it cooled off and rained all day on Wednesday, and I have the first chest infection of the season (copd) but off again by evening as I was sweating. Not been on since, was surprised how warm the bathroom was first thing. Washing on the line this morning.'They' say it will be the warmest Hallowe'en on record, I can well believe that!
