I have never seen anyone out in a onesie yet, PJ's all the time on the school run that goes past my house.

Must look out for that one!

I work in a uni, there's a coffee shop in the library. One of the students came in, in a onesie lol.

  • Heating is on here till 9.30 then will go off till about half 5 ish unless temp plummets beforehand . I am wanting a onesie but being a larger ladie this is proving hard to get one . My daughter has 9 and she wears them under her thigh length parka coat with boots to walk the dogs when it's dark

Try Simply Be and Yours, I especially like the Yours ones and they go up to a size 34/36 :)

CH went on fist thing this morning it's really frosty here.the suns streaming through the windows now so have been able to turn it off.

There's such a lot of good feed back on onesie's I think I might have a look into getting one.Normally I'm wrapped in a dressing gown over my clothes which does keep me warm but it's a bit restrictive, don't think I would wear one in bed( not sure if that's what there for or more a dressing gown )might be a pain going to loo in night if you know what I mean :)

That's EXACTLY why I've not gone for one myself :rotfl:. Haven't got a clue how my six yr old dgd manages .............. they've got a downstairs bathroom as well as very steep stairs .

I just know that, if I lived in their house, I'd 'never make it in time' ;).

Though, have to admit, that the idea of wearing one instead of a dressing gown, is very appealing :T.

Re onesies. The first thing I did was figure out how to get out of it to go to the loo easier than I thought. Don't wait till you are desperate though. Lol.

    The heating is off...!!!

And to be honest it is due to having bought a onesie this morning. I can't believe what a difference they make. I'm going to get another one I think. Brilliant for if you're sitting around and not doing anything to keep warm.

I'll not win any beauty contests that for sure, but my heating bill may be better.....Yay for the onesie. they are a bit of a pain for the loo, and I won't be sleeping in one I don't think.

Mine isn't one of those big fluffy fleece ones, but it is still warm, i've been mooching about in the conservatory which is like a fridge and still feel fine. I'm going back for another one next week and may get a big fluffy type one then for worse weather/temps.

I used to walk my dog in my PJ's and Uggs and used to take a mug of tea with me too.
Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.

Im going to get another one too, mine is a fleecy one, with pom poms, I look ridiculous but who cares. My heating has mostly been off since April this year but I think Id be struggling more now without the onesie.

I even answered the door to the postie wearing it this morning, in my defence, he had parcels for me and it didnt even occur to me to try and get changed, wouldnt have had the time to anyway.

Once i've had mine on a couple of times i'm pretty sure I won't care about opening door in one. I've just been out to get the bin in from across the street where it had blown to....onesies rock.....lol.
