Another lovely day in Bournemouth, still no heating on. Mind you the down side to this warmth - False widow spiders have been found down the road in Southborne. Eek! I HATE SPIDERS! I now hope it gets cold soon.My secret fantasy is having 2 men....

I meant I've got hot water bottles and fleeces for when it gets really cold. I think it depends where you live as well and weather conditions. I tend to layer up if cold.0

Gone a very chilly 9C here tonight, heating on. Very cold wind, clear sky.
A noticeable change from today.0 -
We've had the heating on once, a couple of weeks ago when it suddenly got very cold and that was for the afternoon on a Sunday.
Apart from that, off and the woodburner not on either.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
I put the woodburner on tonight - which is essentially free fuel due to some trees being chopped earlier in the year. Do those with woodburners go scavenging for wood?0

Heating only goes on when I need to dry clothes or my flatmate puts it on. Otherwise my nice cosy Dunelm mill red squared throw does the job! Another quite warm day here. I was out and about in a thin fleece rather than a coat today.Because it's fun to have money!
