Well no NSD for me today as I treated my OH to a Starbucks in Cambridge as we were able to take a quick trip whilst inbetween appointments at the hospital. Was nice just to have a chat over a cup of coffee so was perfectly worth it! May be tomorrow but have the in laws coming down for 4 days!

Hi everyone, today is NSD 3.
Only just finished work and absolutely ker-nackered now so no chance of reaching for my card, besides I think it needs a rest after yesterday's food shop.0 -
NSD #4 for me
Hoping tomorrow and the w/end will give me 3 more, as I know I have a D/Debit due out on Monday and there's another (one of the flexible ones) due to go 'on or about' Tuesday.Cheryl0 -
Well that was my NSD for today and tomorrow up the swanny! I had to buy some loo roll, since there wasn't any in the flat. I didn't have time to go to sainsbugs where it's cheaper. I had to go to the shop nearest me and spend a minimum of £5, which is really annoying since I had no cash at all on me.
Tomorrow I'm working now so I will be buying lunch and paying for travel. Sunday is the next viable NSD for me now0 -
Hello everyone - doesn't this thread move fast? I've just read three pages and despite my best efforts can't remember the names of all the people who need hugs so can I just send one HUGE hug to everyone?
Third NSD for me today - didn't go to SW as I sayed at school for a rehearsal and am feeling a bit poorly anyway. At lunch I ate the raisins I had been carrying around in my bag for weeks!
Best wishes to all

Spendy day today, but not too bad, got things I've been after for a while.
Got the printer back and working well, only had to pay for a black cartridge as it had finished....they replced their faulty colour cartridge. The chap even carried the printer to the car!! I managed to get square frames for the cross-stitch pictures I am making for my dad (christmas and birthday). The chap will frame my work when I take it back after washing and pressing it...only for the cost of the mount!! Hope he does a good job...have had nice reviews from friends. Also managed to get half-price Ulay face stuff in Superdrug..along with some choccie coins, which are on BOGOF, although it doesn't say it except on the receipt!!
Right, off to do more sewing...slowly getting there!!
Probably won't post tomorrow as off to the NEC and then out for tea...our anniversary...will sneak back at the weekend, which I hope to be completely NS!!
Night, night.

NSD no. 2 for me today.
It wasn't meant to be but the parts I bought for the car aren't quite right so the mechanic didn't fit them, so I didn't have to pay hm (today at least!). Unfortunately it may mean more expense in getting other parts/adapting what we've got, but it is keeping me out of the car and on the bike which is cheaper and better for me and forces me to have pack lunches (the offices is a bit remote so no shops to buy unnecessary food) all good MSE things :money:
Phew, that was a bit more information than necessary maybe!
Keep going with the NSDs eveybody.

Did spend today but managed to stick to a LSD, only bought a few bits in the supermarket, and only things I need.
Quite pleased with myself today becuase I managed to take 2 things back to clothes shops and come away with refunds rather than just buying something else for the same value.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Spoon - Ochi Day is when Greece refused to allow the Axis (Germany/Italy) army to cross their borders after their request to do so and thus when they came into WWII - Ochi actually means NO which is very appropriate for NO Spend Days !!
And I thought that Freethought Day was when you couldn't say Penny for your Thoughts as all thoughts were freeMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
