welcome littlepinkstars (great user name!!!) never be embarassed, you are amongst friends....
no UU for me lately - still havent managed to finish my shampoo that i thought id be out of last week (and I have been washing!!!)
on in - a new Baptiste Diva, but I used my other one up ages ago and hadnt replaced it, so thats fine....
(loving jury service - first day consisted of watching the video, then homes under the hammer,a quick game of trivial persuit and home....)
oh- and Im loving Lush again - just as I forgive them for their ridiculous tirade against hunting and supporting the ridiculous organisation that they were with that.... they replace it with becoming anti greyhound racing using the propoganda thats about 5 years old.... so still on my boycott list !!!!Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
littlepinkstars that's some list!
My suggestion is to start working through the bath balistics. We uncovered a couple bought in spring and the loss of scent has been dramatic. Fresh products must be used fresh for full benefit, so my mantra will be no more than we can use in a month!
I really wantto do jury service....is that odd?0 -

Thank you, I am going to work through my list, have just discovered another one, a candy cane bubble bar from christmas 09!!
Going to start with the oldest Lush items first and use them up that way. I can't believe just how much i have. I did have so much more Lush products but i have either used the, gave them away or sold them on Ebay over the course of this year, but there is still so much!:eek:0 -
Just to let everyone know i have started a blog on thie challenge, here
Hoping to do some reviews on there once i have used up a product!0 -

U/u: Avon mascara - gift from sister. Nothing special.
In: Avon mascara - gift from sister.
I was down to one mascara. Never mind, can't look a gift horse in the mouth.
On the bright side, I am down to one moisturiser. Oil of Olay/Ulay pink cheapie lotion. Great for my combination skin. I use it under makeup and at night. I tip plenty out of the bottle and the surplus does my neck, decolletage, elbows, hands etc. And at under a fiver for the largest size bottle, it's not going to break the bank.
Down to two foundations. A heavy one for work (Revlon Colour Stay) and tinted moisturiser for weekends (Nivea £1.99).
Just painted my nails - Rimmel 60 seconds in Grey Matter. Very sophisticated.:cool:0 -
Evening all,
Wow, I'm very envious of all your MAC kit, littlepinkstars! I would be lost without my Pucker tendertone lipgloss. No UUs for me, but thought I'd update about my Elasticizer trial. It was a bit of a disappointment as it made my hair incredibly fluffy and weirdly dry. I think it might be because I skipped conditioner though. My hair did feel more elastic than brittle afterwards, so it must be doing some good. I'll keep persevering!0 -
UUs; Sanctuary bath soak; not keen on it, M&S cotton foam bath; not too bad. Bought several Boots 3in1 wipes with £5 off tokens, and some Body butters from Bodyshop glitz.0

A UU for me - Ted Baker shower gel (the one in a pink bottle) WNBA - hated it!!! ended up using it as a hand wash just to get rid! only the matching body spray and body butter to use now:(
Also gave my mum my Phil Smith volumising shampoo and conditioner - used it one last time yesterday before I gave it her and today my hair is greasier than ever  glad it's gone too!
I do have a couple of in's though - I got a soap and glory facial massager, some lavender essential oil and the new No7 mascara (and GWP) - I don't know why I got the mascara as I have at least a dozen in various handbags, drawers and cupboards around the house :eek: - I did though avoid the Sanctuary box so I feel I did ok:o:o:o
Save money on toiletries: no new/duplicate items until I've used up all existing supplies

mineallmine wrote: »Thanks EH. I must admit first impressions are that the Botanics one seems better at taking eye make up off (the pads are cleaner sooner) but there is a slight tingle. So that L'Oreal one - is it this one?

Yes - that's the one - smells lovely too, a bit like old fashioned roses I think. I put a bit on a cotton wool pad, then hold it onto my lashes for a few moments before sweeping away, and it does seem very effective. I don;t use waterproof mascara though.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
