Can anyone tell me if you get a better response from phoning them than emailing, as I have emailed twice now still with no response - but they keep sending the newsletters out...! Grrr! :mad:

Hate mail? Not really - complaint mail more like, I would have thought. Perhaps it is only because people have gone to the trouble of complaining this time that they are finally acting responsibly to sort it out? After all, they did nothing to sort out the missing frothers that weren't sent last year.

Yeah I got a card from them this morning same as other folk but hadn't emailed or anything. I'd forgotton about them to be honest.
