Yes, I got a card too after emailing a compliant.

It stated that the glasses will be sent out next week....they did send letter to the wrong address....but glad the postie knows me well! hahahaa!

I got the card thru this morn, apologising for the delay, and that they willbe sent out next week, and I didnt even get round to sending a complaint email to them, so it looks like they may have sent these out to everyone who hasnt received the mugs, whether theyve complained or not.
