Got a card in the post from baileys this morning due to high demand there have been delays but should be sending them out within the week, why would they send the card if there not sending mugs?0

Good morning moneysavers,
A couple of weeks ago I sent an email to Diaego. The parent company. I had no reply. 1 week later I forwarded the same email quoting the 'Office of fair Trading' website. Again no reply.
I then sent a message via the link on this discussion.
Anyway, today I recieved a card from them....
"Dear Baileys Lover
We are writing to thank you for registering to join THE BAILEYS LOUNGE and requesting your free BAILEYS latte glasses.
We're very sorry that there has been a delayin despatching you free gift. Unfortunatly we have experienced an extrmely high demand for these items and have had to order more from our supplier.
We are pleased to be able to tell you that the latte glasses are now ready for despatch and will be sent out to you next week. Please accept our apologies for this delay and for any inconvenience caused.

Have also emailed them to ask is it a con and also mentioned consumers rights, trading standards and the Advertsing Standards Authority. Not going to hold my breath though......Current debt and mortgage: £25, 820.35 Debt/Mortgage at start: £92,598 (27/09/2010)

got my postcard off them this morning apologising for the delay and that they will be sent out next week.. they didnt need to inform us like this but they have.. i for one was happy waiting for my glasses not spitting my dummy out and sulking when it hadnt arrived after the 28 days.. i had belief in them that they would honour themThose we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
