Free SET of Latte Mugs (Baileys) - 1/12/2006

I followed the advice above and sent an e-mail to Baileys asking why my glasses hadn't arrived.
Today I received a letter stating that there was a high demand, but the glasses are now ready to be despatched and will be sent to me next week. Yay!

I got the same letter, looks like they are sorting it out now. My glasses are ready to be dispatched. :j

Received a letter in the post today stating the following:

Were very sorry that there has been a delay in despatching your free gift. Unfortunately we have experienced an extremely high demand for these items and have had to order more from the supplier.

We are pleased to be able to tell you that the latte glasses are now ready for despatch and will be sent out to you next week. Please accept our apologies for this delay and for any inconvenience caused.

So it seems there really is no need for this hate mail to carry on :rolleyes:

Same letter recieved this morning too and I didnt send a mail - sounds like its a standard letter thats been sent!

I got this note through the door just now as well - hopefully they'll arrive in time for Chrimbo!
