No offence to anyone but doesnt this sound a tad OTT???? I mean out of the hundreds of freebies i have sent off for alot have never turned up but i am not gonna email every bloomin company demanding they send me my freebie or else its just silly.

If people wanna sit around and say oh well it hasn't turned up then thats fine, but for those that dont mind the chore of sending an email then i think they should be commended. Maybe if you Had sent an email or too more of the freebies would of arrived? People are missing the point, yes they are only mugs and yes they will probably go in a cupboard and be forgotten about but as julie says in post #81 its the principle.

Hello

I have just received a response from the handling agency in relation to your application for Latte Glasses.

They have advised that your details are on file and the the glasses will be dispatched to you next week. In the meantime a postcard is been sent out today to all those including yourself awaiting their Latte Glasses advising them of the new dispatch date. This delay was due to the late arrival of the glasses from overseas and unfortunately outside of our control.
