Free SET of Latte Mugs (Baileys) - 1/12/2006

I agree that Bailey's should honour their offer so to speak but what a carry on about a couple of little glasses and a frother........my goodness! The 'frother' will probably only be a teeny tiny little metal whisk, and you could probably get a couple of these glasses at the pound shop!
I mean what are folk gonna do with them when they arrive? put them in a cupboard and forget about them probably! I mean how often will anyone use them anyway......
It beggars belief the fuss some people are making.
I can hardly believe that anyone would go on and on about the same ridiculous subject for well over a month...give it a rest everyone there must be at least 4 threads running about some aspect of this offer.
The whole thing is becoming laughable.Surely it is not not worth getting your knickers in a twist over this? The things will more than likely arrive anyway if folk would just be patient.0 -

Actuall delivering what they promise seems just the sort of "Brand Innovation" Baileys need to practice at the moment! An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

I feel it necessary to start a thread for ALL those who text Baileys at cost in the hope of recieving there offer of free latte mugs and have not recieved them. Hopefully if we all register our dissaproval they way get some shipped out. I know some people have recieved them but the majority have not. Click the link above to goto Baileys website and use the contact us button too tell them you have not yet recieved your mugs, after all they have your details to use for marketing and have charged you the text message fee. What do they take us for?!
I am in full agreement with you btwAn average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

Do you include your own lengthy rant within that description too IS?
I agree to a certain point with the general rule that a freebie is a freebie - if it arrives it arrives, if it doesn't it doesn't.
However this isn't some tinpot organisation or website like a lot of the freebie threads where your chances looked to be zero from the start. Baileys is run by one of the biggest drinks companies in the world and they would appear to be "serial offenders" - there are people from last year who didn't get stuff that was promised, and I really don't think these things will just turn up as you suggest based on the past.
On this occasion I do think they deserve some stick - as people don't lose the plot over it.0 -

Yes Jilly I understand this and I did say that Baileys should honour their offer but I am sure you will agree that this thread should be locked as the subject has been well and truly flogged to death.0 -
