    Still haven't got mine either, and that's after getting this reply to an e-mail I sent ages ago.

    That is quite a good idea, and I am up for that! We could innundate dodgy companies with complaints to the point that they would have to do something about it!
    Sent a message too asking what was the crack, so we'll see if they give an answer!

  • I have not received mine either however, whilst I know that the word Gullible is being removed from the Oxford English Dictionary, I think that with all of us MSE'ers requesting our mugs we should maybe err on the side of patience and give them a bit more time?? Don't you think? :confused: The bigger the company does not mean the better it is run. More times than not it is the opposite.:A

    I agree. With that post about the Bailey's mugs with hits that are coming up on 50,000, aswell as links sent via MSN, word of mouth, other forums etc... Jesus! Think about how much extra requests they've had for these mugs! Give them a chance guys! i think enough of us have emailed and complained, and they are reassuring everyone they will eventually be sent out. Just give them time. They would not say to this many people they are coming if they have no intention of sending them out in the first place!
