I have sent an e mail too. Can I suggest that anyone who does not receive the mugs, or even the courtesy of a reply, boycotts Baileys. There are alternatives and the best way to register protest is to not buy the product. This site is all about savvy consuming - so lets vote with our feet if we are unhappy.
