I contacted Diagio today , they said that they have problems with the company that is sending them out and the nice lady took my telephone number and will be in touch shortly, by the way the telephone number of Diagio,in Kerry is 0845 6014558

I never got the mugs either or the frother last year. I have set an e-mail to them, lets hope we hear from them, but like others I'm not holding my breath
