    Hi Everyone,

Thank you all for the birthday wishes and all the cake. I'm never going to4 get my Ibiza belly, and i would like to say a massive THANK YOU for the cards I received, they are all beautiful and are hanging proudly in the frontroom, and my new camera from Andy is fantastic very cool especially the setting that takes 4 seconds of video before the photo and then makes it into a daily movie, gosh I'm such a geek lol

    take care

    Hey

I am volenterin at a local furniture shop, its linked in with our church and sells second hand furniture and other goods. Yesterday I was cleaning and moving things around to get the window displays sorted out. By the time 12 came though I had nothing else to do just hang around like the others do. I was put on the curtain measuring duty but unforutantly I am no good at measuring, do not know what it is with numbers I get all flusterd.

Any way I am going to ask if it is ok to work until 12 if its not busy. The exhaustion is a lot worse this morning and I have a sore throat to boot. If that was not bad enough I feel fat and Sinead is playing up she just will not get ready at all and I am about to loose my temper.

I attempted a push and pull card yesterday but it went totally wrong, the thing inside the card that makes it move broke on me :-(

  • Haven't read anything, will try do better when I get home this evening.

I'm going to Malvern to Quilts UK, one of my favourite days of the year. Hoping to come home with a light box which I can use for tracing quilting patterns, applique bits, embossing, and, I think, photography stuff. Might have to buy some buttons and ribbons as well.

    MUST NOT BUY ANOTHER BAG!!!

    Morning all!

Rusty - sorry to hear you had such a carp night and are still in pain - tooth pain is so nasty.

Rainmac - can't believe you've had problems getting paid - hope the application turns out well for you.

Choccy - well done Luke - you must be very proud. Still waiting for more people for my virtual party by the way!

Georgiegirl - enjoy your day and make sure you come back with far too much stash!

I've just blobbed the wedding invitation I made for my friend - the front looks a bit plain in the pic but it looks way better in real life! There is alos something of interest to any ribbon lovers on there!

Right - orders of service calling.....
