Yoo Hoo ladies, back from sunny Henley!!! Oh I love it down there so when I win the lottery guess where I am off too!!!:D

Havent read the pages I have missed but tried to catch up off the last couple of pages - if there is anything important I have missed would you let me know.

Choccy - :wave:you're back yay - I dont think you had been posting for a while before I went away - congrats to your son he must be so chuffed:T
Marg - hope your mil is ok sending hugs
Rainmac - hope your car gets sorted - straighteners are FAR more important ;)

Hope all poorlies are feeling better - right off for a little blog hop while I have a neck rub off my hubby awfully tense after all the driving - I could actually do with another holiday to recover after pushing daft lad around you dont realise how hilly places are till you have to push 13 and a bit stone (sure he'll be pleased with me putting that on the internet!!). It has also made me realise how people react to people in wheelchairs made me a lot more aware.

Haven't made anything for a couple of day and need to crack on with some cross stitch but have managed to clear some stuff on eBay and have listed some more this weekend as it's another free listing weekend if anyone is interested (in the free listing not my stuff lol!)

Need to drop DD's friend off in a bit then wait for himself to pour through the door at some point if he gets on the bus back from York that is :rotfl:

Marg - Sorry to read about your MIL - hope she’s comfortable and being well looked after in hospital. Re the challenge - well I’m very pleased you wanted to join in but it’s such a pain you can’t post your card for us all to see.
twinkle - ooo not long to wait for your craft room - fantastic!
viclspence - sorry about the probs with your ex and that certainly is a long journey for a swimming lesson but I’m sure your DD will have had a great time. Hope you got to do some crafting.
Zoe - lovely cards! Fingers crossed for a quick result with your house application hun.
craftygranny - great to see you being crafty again - hope the craft-room move goes well.
Scatty - well done on the gardening
ali.b. - great you had a lovely time in Henley. Hope the neck rub has helped.
Padster - thanks for heads up on free eBay listing - may shake myself and list a few bits tomorrow.

Everyone had a good Saturday? I've been to a craft supplies place today - was very restrained and just bought some white card for box-making. I've got a commission for two 8x8 wedding cards which are being taken to Australia and really need some decent thick card for the boxes. Have been rather disappointed with the boxes I've made in the past so hoping this new card will work out better.

Its amazing how a simple hot bath can make you feel like a new person lol I feel so much better for it. Meant to be going to church today but its a big confirmation service and I have a feeling it would be too busy for me.

OK quick question I have been using bog standard kids felt pens to colour my pictures in, but I was wondering if there is something better out there. What do you gals use and what would you recomend?

I need to go googling some more inspirations cause all my ideas have run out.

ZLS I use Promarkers to colour in and really love them. They can be expensive once you start acquiring a collection of them though!!
