Rebekah lovely card I'm sure your mum will love it

TomsMom At one point my Mum had four dogs all had stitches and were a bit drama queen for a few days after except 'lucky' who on arrival home from the vets bounded round a tree chasing the cat, I can remember my Mum being frightened that her stitches would fall off she was that energetic :rotfl:

Been studying for most of the day, phoned my Dad for a bit of assistance as he used to work in the same industry, he kept replying I don't know, can't remember it was when you were born that I did my exam!!! .... I thought daddies were supposed to know everything ???? :p:D

OH been to play squash and is now in the pub so am going to de stress and catch on on blobs.

The Wife My Easter challenge card is on my blob, well hopefully it will be by the time you read this!

Evening all, i've made some cards today for tomorrow (we always send ones from us and from the kids so each mother needs 2). I've put them in cyber space.

I absolutely love the black and gold forever friends set, and i've tried to make another waterfall card, it actually works! The last few I made just went completely wrong but I'm quite pleased with this one!
Life is like a box of chocolates..........you always seem to pick the hard ones!

Third welshie here. I live in Cwmbran. One of my sisters lives in Caerphilly, and works in Carole's Crafts at Pugh's Garden Centre. (that's the sister who donated me her Cricut. Only skim read the last few pages, busy week for me last week, changed my role in work, moved from Customer Services to the phones, went out with a pal yesterday who left work (we have a voluntary exit scheme going on at the moment so lots of moves which is why I've changed to cover someone who's left). Done lots of sewing, about to post the latest creation out there in cyberspace, knitting a sample for C&C, and slept today away with a migraine, got up about 8.pm.

not done any card making this week, so please don't kick me off the thread xxx

Well ladies - I am absolutely exhausted!! Our new bedroom furniture was delivered today so we've spent hours transferring all our stuff. I've still got quite a bit to sort through but it'll have to wait until tomorrow now, plus because I spent so much time upstairs today the downstairs is a mess!!!! Its so hard trying to get anything done when you've got a little one running about, plus he was in a right bad mood today and wouldn't stop crying! DS2 has been ill with a temperature too so I've been having to nurse him!!!!

Flourgirl - I hope you get this phone business sorted with Royal Mail - I can't believe they're trying to diddle you out of £18!

Artydoll - your chandelier card is lovely - it looks so effective with the added gems.

Jomama - congrats on your orders - your easel cards really are pretty - so delicate and dainty.

Rainmac - glad to hear that you survived!!! DS2 broke one of those glow sticks not too long ago and got it in his eye - he wasn't a happy bunny!!!

RebekahR - your Mother's Day card is gorgeous - love the ivy vine down the side!

Carmin - I'm glad to hear that some of your mojo has returned!

Ali - sorry no ign of her arrival yet - I've had backache for a few days but thay's about it.

TomsMom - I hope Poppy gets back to her usual self soon!! I'm sure Daniel will love his card - I love the red and black colour scheme!!!

Viclspence - beautiful Mother's Day cards - those gold and black papers are gorgeous!!! Your waterfall card is fab too!

Mad-frog - love your easter card - the image is so cute and your flowers and butterflies are so pretty.
