Morning ladies - not much to report here! Managed to stamp some images yesterday but that's it - I'm so big now that I can't stand for long - it kills my feet so I can't get much crafting done at all. I'm really impressed with my first S.W.A.L.K stamp though - the image is really big - I might try and colour that one today.
Its a lovely day here today again - OH is trying to sort out the back yard - its not big - but big enough so that we can sit out there and so that Elliot can have a sand pit or something to entertain him. He started painting it yesterday so he plans on finishing it off later. We took Elliot to gym tots yesterday - he absolutely loved it - so did OH too - the were bouncing off trampolines together!

Mad-Frog - I love my new MME paper pads - I think I might have to buy the other two! Its a shame the papers are double-sided though - some of the sheets are so pretty its going to hurt me to cut into them!!!!

Marg - Great "animal" card - love the image - perfect for a retirement card!!!

FifiFolle - hope you have a fab time in Chester!

OAP1945 - Huge congratulations on the birth of baby Eleanor!!! Your animal card is lovely - love the black and white colour scheme!!

Hello the wife did you just pass by? xx sending good thoughts.

Hugs to those who need them.

Congratulations!! I love her names. x
Least there hasn't been so much for me to catch up on :D

I have today and tomorrow off so am gonna make some stuff as I haven't made anything since last week - will get an entry for FF's challenge made as well maybe :p

Will hopefully get out in the garden for a while. OH has turned into a domestic goddess - shame he goes back to work next week :rotfl: Got home yesterday and he'd hoovered, done some washing, washed up and made lasagne for tea - the day before he'd changed all the beds and done more washing - this was the man I met before he got a housework fairy :rotfl::rotfl:

Congratulations OAP - lovely name :D

I could do with one of those! Glad he's feeling well enough to do chores - my DH can hoover but that's about it. Hope you enjoy your days off. x

Many congratulations OAP, beautiful name xxx

It's sunny here too, washing on the line. Shopping been delivered (20% off voucher, too good not to do) and off to get my hair cut later. DS2 has gone to preschool happy as Larry (where does that expression come from, who's Larry?) as he knows the biter will not be there :).

Melissa - Hopefully you will have a new addition soon too! I know what you mean about double sided papers. It kills me to waste one side! My MSE side coming out!

Oap Huge congratulations and what a beautiful name .

I'm shattered i've been up since 6.15 as my new fridge freezer was coming today. I was first drop and it arrived at 6.50 am. Harder work than having a baby . It took 4 people to get it up 12 steps at the side of the house as the kitchen is on the middle floor lol. Glad i didn't have to carry it.

Mel i agree about the double sided papers it's such a waste . Agree with marg too you may well end up with a trampoline out back. They are very popular with the children though and adults.

Hi all. Wifey good to see you back, hope you are taking things easy :)

Rainmac good news about your DS. 1 happy son = 1 happy mummy :)

OAP Congratulations. Eleanor Grace what a beautiful name

Melissa is your bag packed yet!!!

Padster glad to hear your DH is looking after you well ;)

Not much to report, DH is going to the dentist for his tooth out at long last, although the first appointment was for 25th May!!! until he complained, and this is an emergency appointment 1 month after he broke the tooth!

DIL loved her Pom Pom fairy birthday card and her candles from Debbie (Country home blog?) I expect the money we gave her will be handy too.

Thankyou all for your good wishes regarding my dads brother, its the funeral on Monday, not looking forward to it cos I know my Dad will be sooo upset. I'll be glad when its over, its the only time that that half of the family get together these days, used to be weddings and christenings now its just funerals! Need to make a card later, its flowers or donations so a donation it will be, at least that will do someone some good.

Marg, does your DH know its the Areobatics Championships at Sandtoft next Saturday 3rd April ?

Right better get off to the dentist. Have a good afternoon xx

The yard is coming on okay although OH keeps moaning about the state of the walls!!! He did mention getting a trampoline for Elliot although I'm not sure it would fit! Elliot would just be happy with a football!!
Some double-sided papers I don't mind cutting into - I find some of them have a decent design on one side and a plainer one on the other although most of the papers in my new MME pads are fab on both sides - I'll have to start folding over my corners so you can see what's underneath!!!

Craftygranny - I'm not sure that I would agree about the delivering the fridge versus labour!!! As the day is getting ever closer I am getting really scared!!!!

Flourgirl - sending you and your OH big hugs for Monday. My bag is half packed - I'm going to bung my stuff in just before I set off!!!

Rainmac - glad to hear that DS is happier!

Melissa I'm sending you huge hugs to chance away your scared-ness (is that even a word??)

Can I do a wee poll? White A4 card

    1. Do you use it?
    2. What gsm do you use?
    3. How much is it per sheet?
    4. Where do you buy it from?

I'm trying to source some at the moment cos it looks like Papermill are shutting completely soon and I'm not sure if the prices I've been quoted are any good.

    Thanks everyone
