  • I am just about to start some Spring cleaning, on the offchance that I might find a table somewhere on which I can craft. Plus, it's free listing weekend on ebay again this weekend, so it could be the case that I feel the need to sell something.

No doubt I'll be back in about half an hour because I'll get bored.

Oh, and if anybody has seen the POW from C&C and they think they may want it, apparently they've sold 70% of the week's stock. It's not my thing (at the moment) but would hate anybody to miss out on the "bargain" if it is your thing.

    Later folks xxx

    hi just a quickie
woohoo won some stamps :) well done to our other winners
just ordered some nesties from here and they came next day http://www.craftologyonline.co.uk/index.asp . it's 2 for £30 so could be good if you just want 2 nesties - the discount didn't come off automatically tho but they refunded me the difference.

Afternoon all. Quick argos update for anyone that is interested!! I rang yesterday and asked to be put straight through to a manager, she said that they hadn't got any of the accessory packs left and they had taken details of the bike off their site, and that as soon as their supplier sent them the stock then they'd contact me. Makes you wonder though how many people ordered the bike and didn't notice when their pack didn't arrive.
I was also after a bit of advice - I wondered if anyone on here had the LOTV round sentiment stamps, they don't fit on my scalloped nesties and I just wondered what anyone else used to matt them up - I don't know whether to buy a punch for them.
I'm itching to get some crafting done today but I feel so restless - I feel like I've got ants in my pants - I can't sit down for too long but then I don't think I can face standing up and crafting - I use my kitchen worktop to craft - doesn't go down too well with OH - but tough!!!!

PepPop - a hexagonal xplding box sounds complicated!!! Did you buy your DST???

Mary - I haven't tried making any "patchwork" cards yet - but the ones I've seen look fab - such a good way to use up scraps too!

Betterlife - I hope you get a diagnosis for your daughter soon - poor little mite, and I hope you manage to get some rest - you must be exhausted!

Mad-Frog / Marg - I agree with you on the trainers versus MME pads debate - would you believe that OH has trainers that he wont wear in case he wreaks them, mind you I suppose its like us not wanting to use our best stash!!!

Mad-Frog - gorgeous black and white Tilda card - love the lace! Your box is beautiful too - and those papers are so pretty!

Flying-Fresian - Love the striking colours on your "bingo" card - I've just bought that stamp too, I haven't inked her up yet though! Fab cupcake too - love the embossed square!

Craftygranny - would you like me to send you the OA papers that I was going to send to Rusty before she bought them????

GeorgieGirl2012 - really pretty "bingo" card - fab image!

Wanna-b-rich - I'm now following DD's blog - she takes some fab photos!!!

Dawnteabag - hope you have a fun night tonight!!!

Artydoll - glad to hear that your d-i-l is feeling better!

Soma - congrats on your win, and thanks for the link - I've got a feeling I'll be looking on there in a minute - really fancy those round eyelet nesties, although I could do with some ovals as I haven't got any.

Congrats to our other winners too.

I suspect that asking this question will cost me money, but here goes...!

I'm going to the SECC next weekend for the big craft extraveganza (Woo!) and need to make a list so I don't go nuts and buy too many things.

    What would you ladies recommend?

boo :hello: sorry I've not been around for sooo long :o I've been so busy I just didnt know whether I was coming or going! I've dropped one of my DT Positions as I was just getting so swamped and I'm finding the reduced workload much more manageable! I'm still temping full time at the same place too.

have just skimmed the last few pages, sending big hugs to all the poorlies and those who have poorly relatives at the moment. I think it was artydoll whose DIL has just broken her wrist, I really feel for her, my mum broke her ankle just after New year and she's only just had the cast off. She's got it in a big support boot now but still cant really walk on it. I for one will be happy when she can drive again! lol

thanks for pointing out my win Flying fresian! I will go and start looking how to spend it now ;) not been doing that much stash buying recently  I know, whats wrong with me!! I did pre-order some new release marianne flower dies from crafts U love which should be sent out on monday!

anyone else got a Kindle? I bought one a few weeks ago and I LOVE it, makes it so much easier to read in bed as you dont have to keep turning over when the page changes ;)

I know I say this every time but I am REALLY going to try and keep up now! x
  • was somebody looking for a surfer the other day?
