Great news about the card sales ladies :j
Soma, good luck with the DTs, your work is always beautiful so any team would be lucky to have you onboard
It's another wet and dreary day hereOH has taken DS1 to rugby and me and lil monkey are going to make some cakes a bit later. I will then be cleaning the kitchen for most of the afternoon as DS2 makes such a mess with flour and icing sugar but has lots of fun.
My blog candy finishes soon, if you haven't entered please do, I have lots of seam binding to giveaway x
Have a good day everyone xxx:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

Thanks hun, entering for DT calls has actually decreased my confidence in cardmaking so I needed that! Some cards look so embellished and intricate compared to mine that I feel my look may be too clean and simple for a DT. I'd rather save my embellishments for scrapbook pages that I get to keep!
Rainmac, sound like you're gonna have fun making cakes with DS2. It's stuff like that that makes me look forward to having kids. the sleepless nights, labour and other nightmares still put me off tho!0 -
Soma - don't worry about it - I feel like that sometimes but prefer a cleaner and simpler style myself - DT's need to show off different styles so need a selection - you just need to find one that fits you IYKWIM.
Just coz everyone else uses rafts of flowers or vintage doesn't mean you need to(I'm still Basic Grey, Tilda and Wild Orchid flower free :rotfl::rotfl:)
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

I also found my October Afternoon paper, thanks to the help of you ladiesI only meant to order a few sheets, but it felt like better value to order more
Lots of lovely papers coming soon :j

Twinkle dust you have another follower. I only have to wait till a week on Thursday as we are going then , I will leave some things for you to buy:) maybe!!!
Mind you I spent last Sat at our local craftshop. they had a demo and price reductions so it would have been rude not to. I bought two MS round the corner punches for £19 and two packs of first edition papers "Sweet owl" and "love letters" for £6.50 each. They are beautiful heavy weight and some glittered, Rusty you wont like them cos they are PINK :rotfl:
Hugs to those who need them and well done to the new winners0 -
