A new one by me and one by my non-crafting friend are in the usual place0

Well i survived the 2 parties today, didn't speak much to that woman at the first one as she had her cronies to talk too but the 2nd party we were the first to arrive and her mates weren't invited so she was forced to talk to me. Nothing was brought up we just chit chatted but she was sort of turned away from me but my ds2 being such a cutie helped us talk as he just kept smiling and laughing away.
We had a cheap thrill as the actor Stephen Graham from the film snatch and the tv drama the streets was at the party. He isn't that famous but we went all girly and giddy lol.
Ds1 did a valentines for his girlfriend lol i will have to put it on my homepage tomoz.
it was quite good for 5 with a little help from me
Well done Scatty jan for winning the challenge, looking forward to your new one.

Lovely crafty day for me (kind of) - finally decided to find the craft room - it's never quite recovered from the Christmas fair in November. In order to minimise pain I decided to have a project on the go too but as soon as I need something that was lost I would have to tify the room until I found it ;-)
Much tidier room as a result (still a long way to go though.
& son has been helping me out (a bit) and has made a card for his Dad which is posted on his page.
I'll get on to mine later tonight.0 -

That's so sweet, but now I'm only going to get more confused. Both you and I are mums of toms, but neither of us are Tom's Mum0 -

and to confuse matters further, I think (please God let me have this right or I'm going to have a lot of apologising to do) Tom's Mum's Tom is a dog.0 -

Wrong
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Nearly right though DTB, I do have a puppy called Poppy.
Tom was a big ginger cat, been in kitty heaven for a few years now. He was a rescue cat, thin as a rake, one year old when we got him. He learnt to love again, grew big but not fat and was very happy lolling over my shoulder. When he was 5 years old, over a period of a week his legs stopped working and would ask to be picked up and cuddled. Vet said it was probably a tumour on his spine or brain. I so loved that cat.
No need to apologise, I think I've only ever mentioned him once before when I first joined this thread when someone thought Tom was my son.
I really must go to bed, been watching TV tonight so just done a bit of catching up on the computer.
'Night all.0 -
