Afternoon ladies, ooh day 2 and still keeping up to date - its during the week it all goes pear shaped:o

rainmac - glad your son is ok ((hugs))
PONR - our hobbycraft is rubbish too. When others were getting DCWV pads for £2.99 ours were still full price - grrrr.
Marg- glad things are starting to go ok for your MIL.
    The wife - thank you.

I really need to get a grip and tidy my little desk area there is stuff everywhere and things piled on top of things - nightmare:eek: even my youngest said how can I shout at him about the state of his room when my desk looks in such a state - hmm he has a point;).
    (maybe tomorrow I'll sort it!!)

Same here Ali - I even asked the assistant to go and check out the back and she said they had pads but they were still full price!!!!!

LOL at your youngest complaining about your desk!!!:rotfl:

I've just had a look at those links.............thanks.

I'm after an image of a pie or something like that.
I've got a blank kitchen plaque shaped like a rolling pin and it needs something on it with a pastry theme. Thought I could get an image and copy it on to the plaque then paint it. Where might I find one ?
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Hi welshkaz, there is a cute freebie image here, and a few here x

DS2's cough has been awful today but temperature at bay and he's eating bits and bobs. Going to keep him off pre-school tomorrow. DS1 starts science club after school, I am imagining him wanting to come home and use the hob as a bunsen burner  but my sensible head tells me they won't be using such things with 6 year olds :p

Great news about your MIL Marg, such a relief that she is somewhere good, makes such a difference I think. LOL at your pj day without the pjs :rotfl:

Bugaboo has 60% off all digis until 22nd Jan :D
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain

rainmac - lol at DS1 - you never know!!! Hope DS2 is on the mend. Aargh I know about Bugaboo - am on a serious money saving mission - however, I really wanted the baby one that says I've been in for 9 months and it only worked out about 80p (ish) so I ordered it and then wont buy a paper for 2 days and I'm even in pocket then!! lol (just dont tell oh - as I promised I wouldnt buy anything!!!)

Wifey – good luck at the Hospital on Wednesday.

WBR – thank you so much for your email. Haven’t digest all the info you sent but will have another look through it tonight.

Thanks for the parcel PONR – it arrived yesterday in tacted. Re the Sock Monkey – ‘Dotty’ has officially been born! If you want a nosey you will find out all about her on my little bit of the internet. I love her!

Congratulations to all the winners over the last couple of days.

GeorgieGirl – well done on your card sales, you must be really chuffed.

Rainmac – glad your son is feeling a lot better today.

Louby – glad you son is OK.

Marg – glad things have improved with your MIL, and she is safe and secure, and that she is settling into a home. Hopefully, life will begin to get back to normal for you and your OH soon.

Addams - I think I said that the flower challenge on here will finish midnight on the 22rd, and one of my boys will be a winner on the 23rd.

I haven't made a card for about a week, but have also started to make up two 40th survival packs up for my friends. Found about 25 for each of them, just another 15 to go:o.

Went to my OH work today as they have a bag sealer so got to have a play, and now really want one for the goodies I made.
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000
