Hi ladies, just popping by quickly! I'm really hoping to make more time to craft this year so have redesigned my blog and will be sorting my stash out (spent 3 hours down Ikea today to find that what I wanted wasn't in stock).
Mary-OP & Jazabelle - sorry to hear about your health issues, I hope you manage to sort out all the support you need...
Gemm - great news about your job extending your contract! OH has just started a 3 month temporary job & is over the moon.
Rusty - wanted to check you got my reply to your email the other day?
Still no sign of my Secret Santa arrivingxx

Melissa thanks for the links I don't know how it happened but a few things fell into my basket
In fact I have been looking at blogs and following links of pretty things and I am now waiting for 10 parcels to arrive :eek:I hope they come before next week or OH will start moaning about all my 'stuff' again!
Lei Has royal mail lost your goodies? I could send you a few things as a consolation if you like?
Wifey Could I trouble you for a copy of the baking set digi if you get a chance please0 -
WBR - not really sure about the 'rules' of PIF - I don't think it really matters and would love to send something to anyone who wanted to join me - 5 or more!0

Morning all
Hope everyone had a good weekend.
Mad frog - thats a lovely idea. I would like to do a card, but might not be able to do one immediately. Can you let me know when you were thinking of doing it for? thanks
Melissa - those links are very tempting! There are some lovely papers on there! Hope elliot gets less clingy soon. Its hard work having a child hanging off you all the time.
Mary - I thought I had an image of a pie, but cant find it. I do have a vintage image of a lady making a pie if thats any good.
Edit: I found it. Its just a plain pie image if you would like me to send it to you.
Anyway off out to work. Hugs to all. xMay - £251.63/£155, June - £108.69/£150, July - £157.45/£155, Aug - £104.28/£155
Sept - £110.80/£150, Make £5 a day in Oct challenge = £50.50/£1550 -
Mad-frog i will make her a card and am happy to give her a few bits. I am all for making someone smile and just to let her know that even if we are total strangers we can support her in our own little way.
Let me know then if you would like me to send it to you. I think this is a good idea but don't want you to be out of pocket too much if you have to send a large parcel.
When did/does the flower challenge end? I have done one but i took the pic on my hubbys camera and it didn't have a memory stick in it so it is on the internal memory and i haven't a clue where his lead would be.
He isn't back untill midnight tonight so hopefully i will get some cards done.
Looked at some new houses yesterday. Why is it you fall in love with a house but the location is rubbish! not fair. If we could move the house to where we are now we would snap it up.:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0 -
Mad-frog - crikey 10 orders - what are you waiting for??????? I've been good and haven't ordered anything yet - I'm waiting for my seam binding to arrive from The Ribbon Girl - I hope it comes today!
Glittermum - I'm tempted to join in on the PIF - what sort of things were you thinking of making??? I figured at least I've got the whole year to come up with something.
Addams - there's quite a few sales on at the minute - there's new releases coming out soon so I think people are clearing out ready. Its cute that Elliot is so clingy and it makes me feel guilty for moaning.0 -
Mad-frog, I'm in with sending a card too, just let us know how/who to send to xxx
Hope everyone's ok, I am hoping to get started with the baby scrapbook I bought for my brother/sil, STILL no baby but need to get cracking with the pressies. Nipped in Tesco this morning with DS2 and he has come home with a huge Eeyore for his new cousin when he arrives. DS2 is a bit better, went back downhill yesterday afternoon bu I think that's because he got over tired. If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Morning - what a damp old day! Rain to come later again!!!
Pink Gem Designs have some lovely sentiment stamps and have 20% off of all stamps in January. Postage is £1.50 for orders up to £24.99 so not too bad if you are ordering a few stamps. The E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0 -
Rainmac - good luck with the scrapbook - what papers are you using???? Fingers crossed that the baby comes soon - when was she due???? Glad to hear DS2 is better!
PONR - thanks for the info about pink gem - I'm sure I've got one of the baby sentiment stamps somewhere - I'd completely forgotten about it. I must dig it out as OH's sister is due on the 17th March - its her first baby, she's decided not to know the sex.0 -
