Don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but I ordered Elegant Soiree 3 weeks ago and they're still on back order
Oh! B*M! thanks for the info skiergirl and hugs to you as well.
I was going to update my blog but I've lost lots of photos I hadn't backed up of this month's makes so double B*M! I hadn't realised how much stuff I have lost so I've had a good old smack in the gob with this ikkie computer
Oh, well, some good news today, my card swap list for the US is now down to 10 per month starting with November, that's much more manageable. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
Skiergirl I'm so sorry to hear your news. Please accept my condolences. Hugs to you and your family.
Caroln Waving from Glasgow too and yep the rain was ugh! (especially when you go to Tesco without a jacket and get caught in it)
Craftygranny Can I have a cup of coffee please and I'll send you some rhubarb crumble and fresh cream.
Wifey I don't suppose you've still got your stuff on the memory card of your camera - or am I stating the obvious?
Off for a wander round blogland - catch you later.0 -
Pep pop kettles on for you and rainmac and anyone else who'd like one. Thank you for the crumble it's my favourite how did you guess. I have a fruit cake in the cupboard now and a packet of choc snowballs for my baby (he's 29) and will be here to raid my cupboards and fridge tomorrow. lol
OOh skiergirl that's so sad . Have a big hug and i'll get you a cuppa too.
well for nearly a week now blogger has been telling me i'm not following everyone but still puts a huge list of blogs i'm following down the side. Not telling me of any new posts though. it makes me sign in every few mins or won't let me sign in at all. very frustrating. I'm losing the will to live on blogger now.
DTB i saw some kraft card in the range but i think craftwork cards does it too not sure on prices though i haven't bought any.
The wife b***er about your pics . Great news about the size of your card swap list though.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20

It's awful isn't it PepPop? Are you heading to the SECC this weekend? I'm on the lookout for some Promarkers and wonder if the craft fayre would be the best place to buy them??If you obey all the rules...you miss all the fun!! Katherine Hepburn0

Skiergirl so sorry to her your sad news, I am thinking of you and your family and sending lots of hugs. Take care xxx
Gemm great news about your new job, well done. You will be able to replenish your stash fund after your blow out in USA
DTB I bought some Kraft Paper from Craftworks Cards last year and it was excellent quality If I remember correctly it came in packs of 10 x A4 sheets.
Rainmac sound like you have had a busy few days, you are always rushing about these days. Remember to take care of yourself too xxx
Carolnmalky If you are just starting out buying Promarkers it may be worth while looking for the packs at the Craft Show, they usually have good deals on them, just watch you dont duplicate the colours.
We have Willow for a couple of days so we are going to ASDA tomorrow for a new Halloween outfit. My DIL is planning a bit of a suprise Halloween party for Willow and her friends on Sunday as she missed the school disco and party on Friday.
I have managed to post some Tic Tac holders on me HP if you want a nosy. Blogger is behaving itself for me just now but I have occasionally come up in the world and got Error 504!!!0 -

Ooh that's spooky - I just came back on to post that Cowling and Wilcox are selling the five packs cheap again some are £4.95 and some are £5.95
Unfortunately I ain't going to the SECC - a bit skint at the moment and nowhere to put any extra stashThere are a few from here going though and I think they're meeting up too - so if you hang about one of them will probably give you a shout.

There was a free delivery code in a magazine for Cowling and Wilcox...I used it recently. Might be worth a wee Google for it.0
