Well it looks like I will be going awol again for a while. We had a call last night to say my f-i-l died suddenly yesterday evening. Everyone is still in shock, but it looks like I'll be between here and the in-laws for a while xx0 -
Hello all :j
Gemm - glad you got the heating sorted.......plumber came and did our radiators this morning and I've booked him for a boiler service in a fortnight to make sure nothing crops up during the winter.:)
Skiergirl........so sorry to hear about your FIL (((hugs))):)
Can't believe its taken me nearly all day to make two christmas cards:eek: Mind you I did make them fabric and stitched round the outside..........one I cut a heart shape out and stuck some fabric behind it, the other I cut out a christmas tree shape, green fabric, little button at the top and I found some small bits of chain that I managed to glue (very fiddly) so they look like decorations.
First time I'd had a go at any where I'd stitched round the outside, just like running stitch, to make them look a bit ''rustic'' if you know what I mean.
Thats my lot for today I think but I do seem to have an endless list of ''stuff'' still to do..........;)I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Looks like i will be going to the nec after all :j but i will be on my own and don't really know how i am getting there yet. I know there is a little list on cp but is there anyone else going on the friday?
I saw some in the works the other day but i can't remember how much they were, i think it was 50 for £4.99, but i could be wrong
I have found some Cork coasters in the drawer i had forgot about not even sure why i brought them. Has anyone got any ideas or links what i could do with them? They are round :cool:0 -

The preschool Halloween event was hectic, I made cakes this morning to take and then was at the preschool all afternoon. We took an ok amount I think so it was worth the effort.
