Does anyone know if there is anywhere nearby that you can grab a cuppa or whether they're one of thos brilliant craft shops that oofer you a cuppa whilst you mooch around like both my local ones do?

Ooooh, thanks for posting that WBR. I've got the 415 and have just ordered some of the Centural Pearl Snow White card that's 300gsm and I was hoping it would go through :j.
My family had a rotten end to the week. Son-in-law got made redundant, good job DD was offered full time at the beginning of September. DS has had a very awkward customer who wont pay the final part of the bill for work done. He and his work partner are £1400 down on this job. They were working up to 14 hours a day some days and when they billed for the extra hours the customer said "You quoted for X number of days and that's all I'm paying". When it was explained that normal working days were 8 hours and they did the extra hours to try and get the job finished on time due to unforeseen problems and extras the customer asked for, all the customer said was "a day's a day and I'm not paying extra". Needless to say he's not a happy bunny and as he's not inclined to punch this chap's lights out there's not much he can do except carry the loss. This job was 60 miles from home, he took his caravan and they stayed Mon-Fri on a caravan site. Bl00dy disgusting way to treat tradesmen considering the customer said their work is fantastic.
Rant over.
Still not caught up with blogger. Must get botty in gear :rotfl: .
Have a great day and for those with kiddies hope the weather is nice enough for them to get out and enjoy half term.0 -
