oh dear Tomsmom, so sorry to hear about all the trouble, people like that make me so angry :mad: could they not try and take him to small claims court?

elysia the challenge is glitter and/or bling, so anything such as gems or a bit of sparkle will do

I've just heard from a temp agency and I've got an interview tomorrow for a temporary job really close to me, really nervous as it would be good for me I think!

Thanks. Small Claims Court can make a ruling but can't make the people pay up, unfortunately. Many years ago DS did just that when he left a job and his employers didn't pay him. Court ruled they must but he never got the money.

Good luck with the temp job Gemm, fingers crossed for you. Try not to be nervous, I'm sure you will be fine.

Craftygranny - I've tried uploading the Ear Trust Badge onto my blog and I keep getting an error message (not sure why it won't let me, as when I made the original post on my blog it was fine). I'll try doing it again, but if it won't let me do that I'll make another blog post. x

I was lucky enough to win two pairs of tickets to the Hobbycrafts show at the SECC this week. If anyone would like the second pair please let me know and I'll post them to you tomorrow.

It's actually a letter you hand in at the entrance which will admit two adults for free.

Tomsmum - nightmare for your son you read about workmen who take down their work when they wont get paid!! You read your story and can totally understand why - hope your sil gets a job soon - you dont need these hassles on the run up to christmas xx
rainmac enjoy your week - aah you put me to shame - I dont do play areas in the school holidays - too much stress!!

Erm cant remember what else I have read. I dont know if anyone else feels the same at the moment - but just sooooo tired feel I could drop to sleep at any moment - grr. Mind you I have done more today than when the boys are at school - weeded the garden and washed some windows!!
