*waves* sorry been really busy again this week - nice to see you back Marg and sorry about the dentist. I had to go last week and loved it - was only chauffeur for DD :rotfl:
Went to Stamp Magic at Doncaster this morning as a last minute thing - if I hadn't paid to get in I would have turned round and walked back out again - some stalls were absolutely heaving (hobby house, LOTV, Craftwork Cards & once upon a stamp) managed to fight my way into the Hobby House stand and they had only brought a few whiff of joy stamps with them, no one had nellie round frames and little claire didn't have the MS border punch I was after - didn't spend all that much in the end but called in at Lakeside on my way home and made up for it although a lot of it was xmas pressies :c)
Will take a pic of my meagre offerings tomorrow - is mostly glitter, ribbon & buttons
Thanks for the mention of the crafty ribbons challenge - I'm in it for the first time
Gemma can I please enter my OSAAT DT card for your challenge please? Not sure I'll get time to brave the glitter before it ends :rotfl:Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Evening all!
Welcome back to marg and hugs to those having a tough time this week. Well done to our latest winner too
I have just finished writing out my Christmas card list......and have realised how many more cards I'm going to have to make :rotfl: It's going to be all hands on deck for the next couple of weeks! I bought myself what seems to be a decent paper trimmer today though so that's going to help. Hopefully I will have a couple of bits and pieces to blog for you all soon, I've been lazy this week. It was the first week back to work since I was off following my operation though and I've been too tired to do much of an evening.
I'm getting excited for the SECC next weekend now...really looking forward to it!

Welcome home Marg, so good to have you back. I hope you have had a fab holiday. I hate the dentists, hope everything settles down quickly.
Padster I was really tempted to go to the show this morning after my son gave backword on my Sunday Roast. Glad I didn't go, I think I shall just save up and go to the Hobby House again. It was quite hard to find and we got lost twice lol but it was worth it in the end, and will find it much easier next time. They run courses there and have a huge crafting area, perhaps its a good job I'm too far away, I would be bankrupt!!
Rainmac it sounds like you have a busy week ahead of you, and a lovely rest the following week.
Rusty I will send the post in the morning, sorry I didn't send it yesterday but we were soooo busy in the shop I didn't have the time to nip to the Post Office. I hope you manage your MRI scan without any problems, promise yourself a lovely treat for afterwards and try and focus on that during the scan.
No crafting done here today, we have been cutting the hedge in the back garden.......Ugh..... 3 days done and about a third of the way!!!0 -
Hello - I went to the Doncaster show too - it was heaving! So I sat down and had a drink and let the crowds thin a bit. Didn't but too much - mostly glittery stuff for Christmas. Also went to Lakeside Village but to be honest, I think I overdid it with the show - I'm obviously not quite as over the chest infection as I thought I was - so I bought some Cadbury's mishapes and came home.0
