I think alot of these post things get damaged in their sorting machines, so a little tip, it there is something sticking up, its worth wrapping and trying to make it a bit more level or flat (if that makes sense!) so its less likely to get damaged.

thats really interesting addams, thanks for explaining. Sometimes decoupaged cards end up squished and in bits by the time they get to people - now I know why. Recently I've been trying to keep everything to one layer with hardly any gems.

Rusty hope your MRI goes ok, do you have to wait long? cant they give you some morphine or something really strong to help with the pain while you're in there?

CT, Scatty, and Dragonllew - thanks for entering my challenge, all gorgeous cards!

Rusty - 1.5 hours! Thats a long time to keep still, never mind other things! Thats very bad about your parcels. Its odd that is was both of them. Hope you manage to get it sorted

Craftygranny - hope Adams referal happens quickly. Its horrible when you have to wait for news.

    Afternoon
Thankyou all so much for your hugs and special thoughts, the funeral went off well (as well as these things can do) and we are now back home, only to find an e mail informing me that my cousin had a heart attack and died yesterday:( I don't want to think about the rule of three but can't help feeling a bit
CT 1972 thankyou for the lovely cardswap card it came this morning and I love it . I will have to apologise and admit yours did not get made this week as promised and will try for next week

Paddington thankyou for the thinking of you card so thoughtful of you.

Rusty I take it you are having an anethsetic for your scan, what a good idea I am afraid I threw a wobbly (twice) when I tried to have mine done and ended up not going through with it. I do hope you have some strong painkillers for afterwards.

Thomsmum and Craftygranny I will be keeping all things inside out and crossed for your menfolk, waiting for results are a b*gger arn't they.

My lovely OH paid for my new sugar nellie stamp set (I got the full Simply Sassy set) to cheer me up so will have a play with them tomorrow

Hugs to all who need them x
