They sent me a list of businesses in the USA when I had specifically stated UK and have since read that they are scammers. They advertise a full refund if you cancel your membership within 60 days which I have tried to do. There was no way of cancelling the membership on their website so have sent them an e-mail and also requested a refund from them through Paypal.
I have now received an e-mail from them saying that I have to print of a cancellation form, complete it (with my name, address etc) and post it to them in India!! Some PLEASE help me. What should I do? Continue to a claim through a Paypal even though the company has provided me with a solution? I dont fancy sending my details through the post to India!
Well, I don't think you stand much chance of getting your money back to be honest.
If they want just your name andaddress and no financial details you may as well send it to India, but I'd pursue it through paypal too.
You could ask them also if they know that the company are scammers, some companies have been removed off paypal for not being who they said.
Also get a proof of posting so you know when it was sent, and perhaps if you can, some proof of receipt as they will probably say they didn't get it in time.0 -

Just a thought, if they have a registered UK address you could send a copy there and also contact the local (to them) Trading Standards office.0 -
Does anyone do anything for First Tracking? I have been allocated an assignment for next Friday, but apparently the information won't be available until Thursday. I'd quite like to know exactly what the assignment involves before I can confirm that I can do it ! Thought I'd check on here if anyone has done anything for them previously? Thanks0

I made a claim through Paypal for faulty DVD's I bought from a website. The whole process went fine. I communicated with the seller and filed documents. Fine, till we got to the end of the process and then Paypal informed me they only insured against fraud for purchases made from Ebay  I reported said company and got my money back luckily. But I would check with Paypal before going through the whole process.
Good luck with getting your money back and I think the advice of Trading Standards might be worth looking up?This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Anyone got a Kent photo of a Sky coloured wet shopping centre store that is never knowingly undersold? Pleeease !
No, but I'm going there later in the week if that's any use to you? Can take a photo and email it to you ?We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

While you're on, will you ask them when they are going to reset my pizza orientation, as I've been waiting 3 months now! hehe:rotfl::rotfl:0 -

He said the equipment wasn't working (i assume that would refer to the stand that they put them on to stay worm). At a guessI get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

To stay worm. Hmmm, that's a strange kind of pizza you eat. (or rather didn't eat in this case!!)
Pizzas are not doing so great lately then. The one I did on Friday, a kid had been sick right outside the door to the toilets, and they didn't even start to clean it up for over 10 mins!! You could clearly see the staff each pretending they hadn't noticed it as they didn't want to be the one to clear it up!! Eeeeughhh! :rotfl:
And I know it's been !!!!!ed about before, but :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
how hard is it to use BCC when sending emails to multiple people.
Although, I did find out because of this error by TNS that someone I used to go to college with does work for them!!Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700
