You have to be invited to be an auditor, you cant just accept these visits. Have you done the training? If so, they take around half an hour but for your first one I would say nearer an hour.0 -

If this is not completed the survey will be removed and reallocated." I had not started it yet (it was allocated last week) but it was going to be done tonight  .
I have emailed them to ask why but doubt I will get anything back.
You have to open the survey within 5 days, otherwise they automatically disappear.
I'm not happy with Retail Maxim. I was sent to check a concession in a big store. If the staff member isn't there, you have to hang around and then pop back. Did that and she still wasn't there, so asked another staff member who works for the actual store and she helped. Was told my report was not acceptable as I hadn't shopped the concession staff member.
Even though it wasn't really convenient to go back, I managed to get back on Friday. Yet again the same thing happened and the concession staff member wasn't there either time I visited.
Got a phone call saying I had to go back today but I couldn't fit it in. Was then told that I would not be paid for my efforts as I hadn't given them an acceptable report. I complained and said it wasn't my fault that the staff member wasn't there and I felt it was unfair not to pay me for my time and effort. She said they can't pay as I didn't complete the report.
Think it's really unfair as I've wasted time and petrol doing the two visits and I think I deserve something to cover that. Here I go again on my own....0
