    Really strict! I was once 6 mins early for a coffee and my report got thrown out. No payment for me! :(

    Probably may have been best to contact them first, as they might have been able to change the times for you.
    They extended one for me once when I had got in a muddle over the times, and sent them an email appologising as it was 10 mins past the timeframe and I hadn't done it so would I have to drop the job, and she emailed back pretty quick saying she'd changed it from 12pm tto 7pm, so a totally different time really, not like ok, we'll give you another half hour!

    Just so I don't spend all morning tomorrow crushing up bags of crisps, what other good ideas do you guys have for the Egg shop complaints?!?! :D

    I bite a tiny hole in the plastic milk pint bottles and say my milk seems to be leaking. Easiest scenario.

    :rotfl::rotfl:I LOVE this!!
    Although I would feel even sillier doing this, plus, knowing my luck I would end up making a bigger hole than desired and end up with milk all over me. I wonder if I would still be offered a replacement i I go in and say "ummm, this milk seems to be all over my head, I think it may have leaked!! ":D
    I might stick to scrunchy crisps, or maybe go for a soggy sandwich!
    Didn't want to do that on the one I've already done as it was chucking it down with rain, so she might have just thought I'd got it wet in the rain!! :cool:

  • I have a tiny little screwdriver which I just pop in around the neck. Do this in the ladies if you can, shake around the bag a bit (keep other shopping separate or ensure waterproof!) and look in the bag just after you leave the store. Frown then return rapidly.

    Before my first shop I searched on this thread and found all sorts of interesting ideas - probably the most bizarre being the poster (sorry, forgot who) that takes a bite of sandwich then puts it over the car heater fan for a few seconds to dry out. Brilliant!

    Did you take the travel agent, Monkeynut?

    I bite it on the top of the handle and say I noticed it leaking in my bag. Have done about 40 of them. Never a problem. I've only lost 3 teeth in the process but suits my "look" when I go to some dodgy areas. :)
  • I am yet to do an egg shop as I already feel self-concious as it is! I actually get my bf to take the pictures for me and I stand somewhere out of sight. Am I really missing out?!

    I pinch a bit off a prawn sandwich, bin the bit, take it back and act all dramatic. Always works a treat. However, one freaky assistant decided to have a good sniff of the sandwich and said "it smells fine, are you sure it's not just you"? The cheek of it!
