MYSTERY SHOPPING THREAD 17 - please don't mention client names or fees on here!!

May I just ask a quick question. I've just started Mystery shopping and want to do some accounts. Obviously there is the fee. What do I do about the things I've bought as part of the assignement, do I include those as part of the fee or ignore them, I guess I take the petrol off the fee but am not sure about the Reibursements.
Thanks in anticipation0 -
OMG! Mimi is majorly unhappy with TNS. Applied for 3 speedy supermarkets because they could all be done within the same time frame (I even had my contact lenses in!). Get all the paperwork through, 1 can ONLY be done in the morning, 1 can ONLY be done in the afternoon and 1 can ONLY be done in the evening. Are they having a ****ing laugh or what? They did this last time too. Not impressed at all.0

Quick two on the subject of Travel shops:
- - The travel shop was located within (different brand) supermarket store; on the left side was way out, on the right side wall. Do I really have to put this down? I thought when it goes to the travel shops within the supermarkets; there will be no need…
- - Someone before mention the survey required inputting correct personal data (such name, address, telephone number, and postcode) and I followed this rules… I just wonder, did any one apart of myself, have an impression that you have been identified as MS when the screen showed all your previous enquiries? I did three of these shops and today at the last location; I could actually feel (since the screen revealed my previous visits) that the Lady knew who I was and what the purpose was. She started behaving very strange, even though she had no need to be afraid, as her service and the appearance of the location was just great.
P.S. I tried to do these shops as quick as possible but each time it took me more than one hour in each of them…I'm Polish and so what?[FONT="]
Does this mean, I'm worse human being,
than my Mancunian neighbours?

Use a Married or madien name still your details right?
Use your middle and last name. ... I have a phone number specific for MS. I NEVER give out my address.. unless i have to monitor a peice of mail.. GIVE A DEAD ADDRESS!!
Plus its not uncommon to go to a few shops to get a good deal on a holiday.. Also make sure you vary the scenario like if they give you 4 different places to choose doni't use the same ones.
Ive done 30+ travel shops and haven't been sussed so really its just down to how you play it.
Be confident.. it helps!!
HTH
As for left and rights... companies require these... no point questioing its just a must do kinda thing.! Alot of peoplefake reports... so really thats why they want left and rights. as well as making sure you went to the RIGHT place!0 -

I've tried a project manager too...been told not to worry but all the rest of the people haven't replied.
No, I'm waiting on payment for a car job, not a test centre. Glad I didn't take the North of Scotland ones now!
Did they say anything else apart from not to worry? Kind of strange. Are they planning to pay you soon? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I've just completed my first job on TNS Sassie and can't seem to find where to enter my payment details. Do I need to enter it anywhere or do they just use the information I've given on TNS VAS?

Oooooh, exciting stuff today. Have finally done my first Egg Job!!!
However, I may well have fluffed it up. Silly me spent all of 3p over the maximum spend. Tsk.
From anyone's experience, is this likely to be a problem??Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -

Gosh no, I don't think that's a problem at all. I have spent more than the maximum spend. I think the maximum spend is the maximum reimbursement they will allow you. I think you can spend more than that. I spend £2 more and my visit was Payment OK'd.0
