I had to release all my work last week, and for this coming week too as my f-i-l died suddenly. Thankfully most of the companies were understanding.
Sorry to hear that. Thinking of you xx
Quiet week for me ahead. Nothing on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Got some audits, merchandising and egg shops to do on Wed and Fri. Got some edigi work to keep me busy though and plenty of jobs in the house I can be getting on with. Here I go again on my own....0 -
I'm doing a clothes shop next week, can I buy a voucher if it doesn't explicitly say I can't?0

If it's the ESA ones that have different departments then yes you can.
It's a Spanish owned high street chain.0 -
Good grief. Someone is having a laugh on RE. The number of shops that are being dropped the night the assisgnment is due is increasing! I'm seeing at least 3 new ones everytime I log in. Why oh why do people do that? If they have a genuine reason, fair enough, but the music shop is being dropped every weekend!0

Oooh goodness, that reminds me actually that I need to drop an RE job that should be done tomorrow. Meant to do release it on Friday whe I got the phone call to say our new sofa would be delivered tomorrow, and of course they can only give the very specific time of between 8am - 5pm!! So don't want to bother worrying that it might not have come in the afternoon and I wouldn't be able to make a special trip out for a walk when it will probably be raining, to go and get something cleaned that I don't really need cleaning!!
So would most likely have dropped it anyway, partly in protest against the fee (or rather lack of really!) and the silly questions!:D
Also meant to ask if anyone else picked up a GfK post job checking if something arrives, and if so, have you had problems with the dates? Mine is showing I have a job scheduled for Friday 5th November, however the brief says I need to check between Monday 8th - Friday 12th?!?Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -

I have a theory on this. These aren't the 'professional' shoppers who look at it as a job. Music shops are classic 'grand! I can get free stuff!' shops, and if the person didn't happen to go shopping this week, then ho-hum, drop it.
This is good. This is a reason for companies to value and pay those of us who don't see it that way.0 -

Yep that is fineFriday is the day it is posted - Monday 8 - Friday 12 is when you should expect it. Friday 12 is the last day, and your results must be in by about 5.00 on that day
Done loads, albeit a low fee, but the easiest task ever
Never put tables and chairs in the same room.
If they congregate together for any length of time, they will inevitably hatch plots against you and your pets.
