First page of the thread says something about raising invoice on amber arch. Is this no longer the case now its paid by paypal? Also when do they pay? Any help appreciated!

Correct, if the job is in Sassie (last month there were still a couple of clients that weren't) the invoicing etc is managed by Sassie. As to pay dates, I think I saw that they would be doing a payment run twice a month (but I might be imagining that)

Well, before you get too hot under the collar, just bear in mind that some of us may have a darn good reason for cancelling a job!

It is EXTREMELY rare for me to cancel anything but today I discovered that the visit time on my fast supermarket has apparently been changed from a day time to an evening visit. I am quite sure it was a daytime job when I booked it - a lot of them are evenings and I avoid those like the plague so I know I checked the times properly. It is possible that TNS have changed timings for other people as well and that may be the reason for 'dumping'.

I had that actually. I'm sure they changed the time on mine as i looked very carefully (fitted in with me going swimming on wednesday) but when i printed off the paperwork it was different.

Wasn't sure if it was me or them so next time took a screen shot in case it mysteryosly changed again.
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!
  • Is anyone with React Surveys? Does anyone know how to update your profile on that site so that the emails they send you are for places you actually want to work in? E.g. I'm in Manchester but I'm getting emails for Hull, Cornwall, all stuff miles away. I logged into my profile but can't find a way of setting an area like you usually can with other mystery shopping sites. And when I logged in there was tons of stuff coming up for Manchester when I searched the site - I just want them to email it to me rather than the stuff I obviously can't do!

    Hi thriftymanc,

You will need to log into your profile and select that you do not wish to receive job alerts by email. This will stop the emails being sent to you.
React send out automated emails when they have jobs left to fill and these cover all areas. There is no option to filter the areas.

I don't think its possible, they've got the extended profile that lists postcodes willing to cover and distance willing to travel, but similarly I get emails for the whole country.

Generally when someone mentions Helion, Max appears just a little after :p

    Hi All,

Sorry for the late reply but I have just had a long weekend in the Uk which was very nice!

But now back to work and I hope to answer a few questions regarding ID uploads. The main reason for this is to prove that your profile is really you. We have found that many people lie about their age mostly. Some people get that they can get more work if they are 35 rather then 65. Clients have strict profile we need to stick to so this is important. Also, some people think that they can make multiple accounts to get around frequency rules. We track all double accounts for this too.

We delete all id completely from the system once verified by one of my team, this is a legal thing we have to do and stick by.

And lastly, there is no mole that runs to me, Tractor Girl, I just use the simple search function in this thread and search for Helion, then I can keep an active response to your comments to ovoid any miss communication, we do this for all forums in other countries too.

I hope this helps and you can always ask me other questions via email at maben@helionresearch.com

    Cheers

I thought this might be the case, hence why I mentioned the company name!
