LOL. I had something along the lines of this when I had picked a sport shop. I thought I had won the lottery or something. I phoned her and she said "Just to make you aware that you have chosen a sports shop to mystery shop". I thought she was taking the pi$$. I felt like saying "Really? I thought I had picked a coffee shop!" but I was too caught off guard.

These ring the allocators are silly... its generally to confirm date, type of job.. or something even stupider ( i know it should be a word) then that!

Is anyone having trouble rescheduling assignments on RE? Every single one I've tried to switch has dates available and appears to go through ok but is still showing as the original date grrr. Tempted to cancel the lot!!

I had this last night so emailed them. They changed the date for me and emailed back this morning to confirm.

I was trying to switch weds shop to monday and wanted to input my report. Tried every way I could but couldn't do from my end.

I've done it before where it will let t report be put in from a different date to the set one but the jobs I want to change need pushing back because I was struggling for time. Grrrr. Definitely a website problem I think. Will have to send boat loads of emails tonight I think!!

I've just put back a fabulous high class eat in Edinburgh with the secret eating place...- I can only go at weekends and no booking available except for weeknights -sigh.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry - yesterday I went to complete a job for RE however the store had closed down a long time ago (I remember exactly where it was because I had previously bought my sons laptop from there over 5 years ago)

Because of retail eyes website problems I completed the report stating that the store was shut down throughout the whole report. (when it originally came to completing the assignment it would not let me chose the option unsuccessful visit). I submitted a picture of the store with shut shutters (and an empty shop behind).

Just received a proof reading query - can I send a photo of the store open.

First page of the thread says something about raising invoice on amber arch. Is this no longer the case now its paid by paypal? Also when do they pay? Any help appreciated!
