Some of you, who have been on here a while may have noticed that I don't post on here any more. When the thread is next updated, can you remove my offer to send out the spreadsheet. I'm sure a lot of you have it by now, so perhaps someone else might like to offer, as I've been sending it out for a while.

Also, if you send it out and don't even get any thanks for it, it can start to grate...

PS whoever last PM'ed me to get this - I copied and pasted your email address which had a combo of letters and numbers in it, but it's bounced back, so you'll need to send again.

Thank you for putting up with it for so long!!

Josie I'll remove it now from the OP.

    !!!!!!!

On the plus side, I'm not sitting here typing reports.

Had some car trouble on Friday so emailed amber arch. "sure you cab do your shop on Monday"
Someone else had dropped a clothes shop with another co. I said I could do it this afternoon. Was told yes. Out of politeness I emailed to say I'm fattish, was that still ok? No answer. Did shop. No probs finding something to try on in changing room.

Got home to emails telling me they'd both been cancelled. Not chuffing happy. Decent fees on both.
  • Is it the tern clothes shop thats been cancelled? If so then they are still paying for visits completed today if you enter results.

No, another company. Just got an email saying I was ok to complete. Yay!

Pipwill let you submit a written copy if the online systemgoes down.

Yeah, they emailed me a Word Document version to fill in. Hopefully it will be ok, as it didn't seem like the system was down, inasmuch as I could log in ok, and click the Submit Results link to enter everything, but it would then say 'Error' in the status bar and anything I clicked wouldn't work.

    Fingers crossed!

Ho Josie I know the feeling. By the time I do my shops, do the reports, check for more jobs, do the cooking, cleaning washing etc I seldom get time now to post on the forums. I gather that you are a long time poster so well done you. I got your spreadsheet which you kindly sent me and I find it so helpful. I thanked you at the time but it is a bit mean if people take your kindness for granted.
I am on some other forums such as footie and tennis so maybe I will encounter you somewhere on the net,,,who knows. As they say it is a small world. I had a chat with someone on a footie forum and of course didn't recognise the name. Turned out to be an old school friend.:A

Hi fellow Weegie. I think as you did the shops as instructed they should pay you. I would contact them and say so. They didn't email you to say not to do them. I have done shops which got cancelled but not before I did them. I still got my fee though.

OC once gave me the name and address of a shop. Arrived to find it all closed up. Went to do the next and it was boarded up. Street looked like downtown Beirut. I got on my mobile and contacted them. Said they got wrong info from client and of course they would still pay me as it wasn't my fault. Yipee 2 nice fees, no work and no reports.

Good good. Busy for me too.

Don't 53 car jobs so far, 5 more to go this month as it stands right now. A few other bits and bobs for various companies, but cars have been the bulk of my jobs for the last two or three months.

Herr Monkey I plucked up courage as I love cars but was a bit scared to do one. Back in my modelling says I slumped gracefully over some right posh cars. This time I got to drive a £30,000 car on my own. Guy didn't even check I had a driving licence. It was a 4x4 and a superb drive. What was funny was I have a newish KIA but it is a bit basic as cars go. Well I passed a friend and he just looked gobsmacked as I gave him a cheery wave.:)
