I have thanks I cancelled both0 -
I noticed in your listing it says that you will post the phone by Recorded delivery. However, recorded delivery will only cover you up to £32. If your phone sells for more than that be sure to send it Special delivery so that you will be covered if there are any problems.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

LMAO,
Just recieved a "paypal" reciept for an the amount of the first transaction it looks good but is fake the title looks like this PayPal®Payment Invoice**Trans action ID Number and also it identifies me as US verified which I am not. Bloody good fake though.
At a first glance the sender is customerservice@paypal.com looked into it further and it is really from transfering-ordersection@consultant.com0 -

Yup, thats the scam, paypal will *Tell* you they are holding funds on your behalf but its a bogus email. They will probably send another email from paypal, and maybe a more pressing one from them themselves, asking for evidence its been posted etc.
its not even as complicated as a stolen credit card, its a feeble smoke and mirrors trick but they try it again and again on ebay, i suppose knowing that someone will fall for it.0 -
Must admit I logged into Paypal just to double check but sure enough no cash. Am wondering if I will get the identical mail for the second Nigera sale0

At least you weren't another of their victims.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Nah, I am not totaly clued up however this one was simple but thanks for everyone who waved a big red flag too.
Will follow up if buyer two comes with same trick0 -
It makes you wonder what is it with Nigeria that they have so many scammers? It's almost as if they have some kind of school over there which teaches how to use ebay and part of the course includes trying to swindle mobile phones in this manner.0
