I'm sure they did, but there are two things to take into account:

1. Customer service won't have the authority or even the ability to do anything about it, and it will have to go up the chain of command.
2. Do they really want to do anything about it quickly, as it is attracting people to their site? Even at £129 they will still make a nice profit.

I still haven't had a cancelation call.. been looking at ther mattresses but don't want to order in case I do somehow get it!

Actually, just checked my tracking and it say's unable to view order blah blah.

Has anyone managed to use the £5 voucher yet and does it have to be used online as if it does, doesn't it kind of defeat the object if you have to pay for delivery?

Argos tried to call me this morning and when I rang them back they said the 'special team' will call me back within 48 hours.

Contemplating buying it if the offer it cheaper but not sure.

I know-I'm just getting so fed up of mattress shopping and not knowing what to get and what are worth the money and whether its worth paying up to £500 and worrying about getting the wrong one that I thought if I get one for £100 ish then at least it'll last me a year or two before I can bring myself to do it all again and maybe have a bit more money too

No Miracoil mattress is worth more than £100. Unless you don't mind having to pay that out every 12 to 18 months.
