    no refund here or phone call, the money is showing on my credit card statement as taken so i'll see what happens. Also just tracked my order and it says they will still contact me to arrange delivery by 11th oct, tbh if im not getting it i would rather have my refund back than waiting days for a phone call.

    lol just after posting they've rang to tell me they have to cancel all orders and refund everyone as it was a mis price.

    I'd expect so-I've just had my phone call.
    Told them I'd have taken up the offer of £129 had they rung me the same day or the next day-but too much time had passed and it was all very unsatisfactory.

    Glad I don't have her job though

    Believe me it isn't worth £129. It would have been worth £47 because you should have at least a few months out of it before it packs up.

    Heh I TOLD them I would have done it..........doesn't mean I would. I'm just annoyed how long it has taken to get around to the calls considering they knew days ago.

    They were probably too busy getting into a right flap about it. If it had been a small company they would have spotted it as soon as a rush of orders started coming in. Then would have updated the site, voided the payments, and contacted the customers immediately. Argos are a big company, so the gears turn a bit slower.
  • Had a message left by Argos to call them, gave up after holding for 20 odd minutes. They can call me. Not impressed.

    Myself and some others fought them over the DS misprice and they gave in but its up to you how much phoning here there and everywhere you can stand.
