It wasn't Pad Thai attempt last night, it was superb mushrooms on wholemeal garlic toast with rocket and parmesan, cooked by DS2. We watched Masterchef professionals and they had similar ingredients I have to say I think DS2 would have given them a real run for their money.

Anyone watching Australian masterchef ?

40SM, the ribbon and bottle affair is all yours Don't know if you can get goat up your way? We have a lot of butchers around here that sells it. Mutton is a good alternative.

Car has been taken, a bit daunting as I already know it will not pass the test :eek: going to be an expensive day

Aussie Masterchef is on the Watch channel, (sky 109) is a bit like the apprentice/masterchef with a sprinkle of big brother and X factor thrown in ! On at 7pm - every day !

Tonight is chicken fillets in wraps, loads of salsa and mayo too

Morning all

Day off today so expecting it to be the usual round of housework and shopping (life is so exciting here!). I need to go and get cooking ingredients for school tomorrow so hopefully that's tea tomorrow night taken care of
